If you are looking to start your career but have little to no professional work experience, then you may want to consider joining the Encore team as our new Sales Support Specialist within our Sales Team. Nobody starts their career in the corner office, but if you aspire to be there one day, then joining our Sales team in a wildly ambitious, constantly changing, and aggressively growing company could be a great place to start.

Don't be fooled! This position is not for the faint of heart. You will be supporting a team of energetic, fast-moving sales members, providing numerous administrative functions, all with differing priorities and deadlines. Here's some of what you can expect on any given day:


  • Review admin forms with sales reps to ensure data is accurate before submitting to our Data Integrity team
  • Ensure all new customers/contracts are entered into our system correctly and submit any changes/corrections to the appropriate team
  • Assist sales team with outside vendor communication and follow up to maintain efficiency with our processes
  • Communicate with other team members within the operations regarding our services
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate knowledge of customers’ needs, pricing, and competition; effectively communicate pricing and service strategies; proactively engage other Encore business opportunities, referring internally as appropriate
  • Support local sales leaders with communication to the teams surrounding action items, vendor updates, internal communications and any other related sales items
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
